Our ambition is to build a sustainable hotel complex in immersion on the 15 hectares of Bocanegra’s beach. It proposes a wide variety of accommodation and activities, like in famous resorts. It also offers a private area with 3 types of touristic residences for off-plan sale.

Our location.
Montería is a maximum 2-hour flight from the most distant Colombian capitals.
With direct service from Panama City, there are many configurations to travel with a variety of stopovers: Bogotá, Cartagena, Panama.
Montería airport is 85 km from the project, which takes around 80 minutes by car.
